Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason, you are not, please let us know, by calling us at (580) 224-0400 (ask for Jennifer or Heidi) or e-mailing us at:  cloverleafboutique@yahoo.com

Should you be unhappy for any reason you may return any items or garments within 14 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt PROVIED it is in its original condition with all tags attached and has not been used, worn, laundered or altered in any way.  Unusual smells are regarded as alterations.  Used items cannot be accepted for refunds, replacements or store credits.

**All returns are made at the customer's expense.  Please note that shipping/handling charges are not refundable.

To make a return, contact us at cloverleafboutique@yahoo.com or call us at (580) 224-0400 to discuss the problem with your order.  At that time we can decide how to proceed, whether you would like a replacement, (if available) a refund or store credit.  WE will send you an e-mail confirmation that must be enclosed with your return merchandise.  (Remember, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS)

*Enclose a copy of your e-mail confirmation plus a copy of the receipt you received at the time of purchase. 

*For your protection, we suggest that you send your return items in a manner that requires a signature on receipt/Delivery Confirmation.

*Insuarance is highly recommended for all return packages.  WE are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

*All return packages must be prepaid.  (COD's will be refused)

*Returns will be processed in 5 to 7 business days

*Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your refund.
